New patients are welcome. All new patients are asked to complete the medical history and patient registration forms, and must present their insurance card(s) upon their first visit with our office.
We ask that all new patients arrive a minimum of 20 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment in order to complete the registration process. Patients who have already completed the registration forms (by accessing them through our web site or by picking them up at our office) need only arrive 10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time.
After Hours Care
When our office is closed, the answering service will answer when you call our main number: 607-662-0103, or you can call the answering service directly at 1-888-202-8015.
After hours calls are for EMERGENCIES (including labor) only. For routine questions or prescription refills, please call during regular office hours.
The answering service will reach the doctor on call who will return your call. Please let the service know if you have a TRUE EMERGENCY.
Reminder: please do not call after hours with routine questions or prescription refills.
If possible, it is best to call before 8:00 p.m. If you require medication, it is difficult to get a prescription filled after 8:00 p.m.
Please have the phone number of your pharmacy handy and disable your caller ID block.
