General Annual Checkup

Annual Woman Well pelvic exams and Pap smears are important in monitoring your gynecologic health and screening for infection, inflammation or other abnormal cells that may indicate disease. Early detection is important in treating any disease and especially important for cervical cancer and other potentially life-threatening diseases.

Annual exams are recommended for women who are sexually active or over the age of 18. During the exam, Dr. Mayo will examine your breasts and pelvic organs for any abnormalities or changes.  An annual exam is one of the most important steps you can take in preventing disorders of the pelvic organs.


New Patient Annual Exam: $375 (Includes History & Physical, pap smear, Upt, U/a)

Establish Patient Annual Exam: $325 (Includes History & Physical, pap smear, Upt, U/a)

New Patient (Single Focus Problem Visit): $425

New Patient (Multiple Problems Visit): $485

Urine Analysis: $25

Pap Smear Visit only: $175

Urine Pregnancy Test: $25

Vaginal Cultures visit only (Bv, Yeast, STD's): $175

Blood Test Drawn: $20

STD Testing, consultation and prevention: $275 (Students with ID proof gets a 20% Disc. $220)
